Bon Jovi : Interesting Facts You Might Not Know About An American Rock Band!!!!!

“Runaway” Hosted An All-Star Backup Band That Was Not The Members Of Bon Jovi

Bon Jovi’s early signature song “Runaway” was recorded with a pickup band nicknamed the All-Star Review. Back then, solo singer Jon Bon Jovi had a song but not a band when he recorded the demo for the now iconic rock tune in 1983. According to Ultimate Classic Rock, the All-Star Review consisted of musicians who were hanging out in the Power Station recording studio where the demo was cut, including Scandal drummer Frankie LaRocka, future Bon Jovi bass player Hugh McDonald and E Street Band legend Roy Bittan.
